Elizabeth Clark

Elizabeth Clark, LCSW is currently the Program Manager for the STAR program at Gateway Community Services, Inc., the largest provider of substance use disorder prevention and treatment services for adults, children, and families in Northeast Florida. Ms. Clark is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, and has over 5 years of experience in both the mental health and substance use disorder fields. In her current role, she is responsible for the staff and services associated with managing this SAMHSA grant.
