Susan Arnold

Susan Arnold has worked at Gateway for over 14 years and she is currently the Manager of Adolescent Services. She has held various positions including Substance Abuse Technician, Residential Counselor, Outpatient Counselor, and Supervisor of Outpatient Services. She has considerable knowledge and experience in the areas of behavioral health, substance abuse, and mental health treatment.
Ms. Arnold has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and is a GAIN Certified Clinical Supervisor, GAIN Administrator for the agency and a GAIN peer trainer. She is an ACRA certified trainer and is also certified in MET-CBT therapies. She also provides training in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and other Evidence-Based therapies. Ms. Arnold is responsible for managing Gateway’s adolescent treatment services, both the outpatient and residential programs and intervention services.
