Susan O'Brien, MA
Director of Outreach and Education, Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare
Susan O'Brien brings more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health leadership, with a career focused on building strong community connections and expanding access to meaningful services. She currently serves Talkable Communities as the Director of Outreach and Education, a role that also encompasses outreach, education, and marketing efforts for Starting Point.
Originally from upstate New York, Susan is new to Northeast Florida and is passionate about learning the community, developing partnerships, and supporting initiatives that strengthen mental and behavioral health services for individuals and families.

Mary Kelley Lancaster, LCSW
Program Manager, Talkable Communities
Mary Kelley Lancaster, LCSW, serves as Program Manager for Talkable Communities, overseeing strategy, operations, partnerships, and large-scale implementation of community mental health trainings across Northeast Florida. With over a decade of nonprofit experience, Mary brings systems-level thinking and clinical expertise to program planning, instructor coordination, evaluation, grant-aligned reporting, and sustainability efforts. She works to expand access to evidence-based mental health education through collaboration with local governments, schools, libraries, healthcare systems, and community organizations. Mary is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and facilitator of Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid, QPR, and ASIST. She is guided by the belief that communities thrive when people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Kimberly McGee, CPS, CRPS
Outreach and Social Media Manager, Talkable Communities
Kimberly McGee is the Outreach & Social Media Manager for Talkable Communities. A University of Arkansas graduate in Applied Communication, she teaches mental health and suicide prevention tools, manages social media outreach, and runs a teen mental health education course. Since 2021, she has trained over 3,000 community members. Passionate about fostering supportive communities, Kimberly empowers others with life-saving skills and resides in Nassau County with her family.

Sarah Smith, MHR, MSW, LCSW, ICAADC, MCAP, CBHCMS-A/C, CRPS
Director of Administration, Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare
Sarah Smith has been with Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare since 2015 and currently serves as Director of Administrative Services. She has over 20 years of experience in behavioral health.
Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from Florida State University and a Master of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Master Certified Addiction Professional, an Internationally Credentialed.
She has been a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Instructor since 2017 for Adults, adding her Youth MHFA Instructor certification in 2020. She is also a QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper Trainer, supporting suicide prevention and early intervention efforts.

Katrina Robinson-Wheeler, LMHC, LPC, MCAP, SAP
Intern Supervisor,
Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare
Katrina Robinson-Wheeler is an Intern Supervisor, Licensed MRT Therapist, and Mental Health First Aid Instructor at Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare, where she has served the community for 25 years. She has worked in clinical, leadership, and outreach roles, including developing and implementing Starting Point’s Women’s Program. Katrina holds a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and is licensed in Florida and Georgia. She is EMDR trained, a Qualified Supervisor, and a Master’s Level Certified Addiction Professional. Katrina has trained over 5,000 Mental Health First Aiders and has been nationally recognized for her impact.

Ray Mallari
Family Preservation Team Coordinator, Child Guidance Center & Trainer
Ray Mallari began his career supporting youth at The Baptist Home for Children, working in emergency shelter services for young people removed from their homes. Since joining Child Guidance Center in 1996, Ray has served in many roles, including Targeted Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, Supervisor, and Case Manager for youth aging out of foster care through the LEAP program. He currently serves as Family Preservation Team Coordinator, facilitates Integrated Practice Teams, and is the Case Management and Care Coordination Supervisor. Ray is a certified QPR and ITTTAI instructor and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida. He is deeply committed to supporting youth.

Genesis Krampert, LMHC
Rapid Response Program Director, Child Guidance Center & Trainer
Genesis Krampert, LMHC, has served the community since 2017, beginning as an intern with Full Service Schools in Englewood before becoming a Children and Family Therapist in 2018. She has led Spanish and English groups within DCPS, served as the sole therapist at Windy Hill Elementary, and supported schoolwide interventions. Genesis became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in 2021, joined the Rapid Response Team in 2022, and now serves as Program Director. She also trains responders and CIT officers in de-escalation and threat assessment, chairs CGC’s Cultural Competency Committee, maintains a private practice, and is deeply committed to community-centered care. health needs of our community.

Ronna Jesse, LMHC-QS, CCTP
Clinical Manager of Intensive Family Services & MRT, Clay Behavioral Health Center
Ronna is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She holds a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology for Roger Williams University. She has worked in the Mental Health field for over 15 years, in various settings including the Department of Corrections, in-home, school-based and outpatient. In her current role, she supervises crisis/trauma response teams who specialize in suicide prevention/intervention and trauma-related disorders. She has worked at Clay Behavioral Health Center since 2011.

Jordynn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Manager at Clay Behavioral Health Center. She completed her Master of Social Work degree at Arizona State University. Over the last decade, she has worked in various specialties including trauma, adoptions, child welfare, community mental health and psychosis. In her current role, she supervisors a first episode psychosis team which specializes in providing coordinated specialty care services to individuals impacted by an early onset of psychosis.

Concetta Hillman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the development of healthy minds, families, communities, and the organizations that serve them. For over 25 years, her work has focused on mental health, suicide prevention, hospice care, bereavement, training, development, operations, and clinical supervision.

Cydney Krulcik, MS
Manager of Prevention Services,
EPIC Behavioral Healthcare
Cydney has worked in the mental health field since 2021, including at Epic Behavioral Healthcare since 2022. She has primarily served as a mental health clinician working with children and teens and currently serves as the Manager of Prevention while continuing her clinical work at Epic. Cydney holds a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis with a specialization in psychology. She is passionate about mental health and prevention, particularly in response to the growing needs of the community. Her work with youth has highlighted the importance of suicide prevention education, and she is committed to expanding community understanding and engagement through trainings like Talkable Communities, recognizing suicide prevention as a universal responsibility.

John Corprew
Certified Recovery Peer Specialist,
Gateway Recovery Services
John Corprew is a dedicated advocate for mental health and suicide prevention whose work is deeply informed by lived experience. A Certified Recovery Peer Specialist since 2019, John is currently pursuing his studies at FSCJ. He is a LivingWorks ASIST Trainer, Adult and Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor, and SMART Recovery facilitator. John’s personal journey with mental health challenges fuels his passion for education, empathy, and community connection. He is closely aligned with Talkable Communities and believes in the power of community-based training to equip individuals with the skills to support others in crisis and strengthen collective care.

Teresa Andrews, M.S
Director of Development,
EPIC Behavioral Healthcare
Teresa has more than 35 years’ experience with non-profit organizations. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s of Science degree in Counseling & Human Services, both from Florida State University. She has been a QPR instructor since 2015 and a YMHFA instructor since 2020. Her previous experience includes managing a suicide hotline, being a part of the implementation team of the first 211 Hotline, and participating as a member of the Florida Crisis Response Team. Her accomplishments include program management, marketing and public relations, special event & fundraising coordination, development and management of training programs, volunteer program management, and crisis intervention. Joining the EPIC Behavioral Healthcare team in 1999, she has been responsible for the management of their community-based prevention programs, suicide prevention training programs, the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and the agency fundraising activities. Teresa feels very strongly that everyone should be trained in suicide prevention because everyone knows people.
